Osprey L-02

This unit is a Lanai unit.  Osprey L-02 is located on the ground floor with a private garage located underneath the unit.  The balcony has a complete view of the bay and also has a private Jacuzzi tub located on this private patio; giving guests the opportunity to relax in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful view of the bay. 

The unit sleeps eight very comfortably.  The king master suite offers black furniture and is decorated in a tropical theme.  Guests will find tones of dark green and taupe in the guest suite .  The additional guest room is equipped with over and under bunk beds with seafoam green bedding.  There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The living area is tastefully decorated with a mild tropical theme in green and salmon colors extending into the dining area.  Seating for 6 is offered at the glass and metal table; with additional seating available at the adjacent bar area.  The full kitchen is enhanced by all stainless steel appliances and beautiful marble countertops. 

There is plenty of room to enjoy your surroundings in this spacious unit.  Televisions with VHS/DVD access are provided in all bedrooms in addition to the entertainment center in the living area.  A full laundry room is located between the master suite and the guest suite.  The foyer provides tables and additional storage for convenient access to all of your beach and pool paraphernalia that is necessary for any beach trip! 

Osprey L-02 is a beautiful unit with all of the extras and all up-grades available.

Osprey 306

Osprey 306 is a full 3 bedroom unit with two spacious baths.  This unit is a corner unit which offers views of the lazy river and pool area, the bay, and a partial view of the gulf. 

Eight guests will sleep very comfortable in Osprey 306.  The King master suite offers metal furniture with accents in colors of tropical green and salmon.  The Queen guest suite is furnished with cherry pieces, complimented with black, green and salmon tones.  The additional guest room offers dark wicker furniture with additional décor in salmon and gold hues.

In the large living area, guests will have plenty of room to relax while enjoying the full entertainment center.  Each bedroom is also equipped with televisions with DVD/VHS available.  Seating for 6 is available at the glass and metal dining table; with additional seating available at the bar area.  The full kitchen offers all of the amenities of home and is a beautiful area with stainless steel appliances and cherry cabinetry and marble countertops. 

The laundry room is located between the master suite and the guest suite.  The foyer is a large welcoming area, giving guests plenty of room to bring in luggage and supplies for a long stay at the beach.

Access to the patio is thru the sliding glass doors in the living area as well as additional access thru the dining area to the side walkway patio.

Osprey 405

Osprey 405 is a spacious unit that has beautiful views of the lazy river and pools as well as the bay. 

Eight guests will find more than enough room in this unit.  The King master suite uses dark wood and metal furnishings accented with gold hues and taupe and salmon undertones.  The Queen guest suite furnishings are a lovely medium wood with the décor coloring in gold, green and dark salmon.  The additional guest room offers over and under bunk beds in taupe and turquoise shades.  All bedrooms are equipped with televisions with DVD/VHS capabilities.

The entertainment center is located in the large living area which is decorated in tropical colors of mustard, green, salmon accented in black.  Seating for 6 is available in the adjacent dining area; with additional seating at the bar.  The full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. 

The laundry room is located between the master suite and the guest suite.  The large foyer provides ample space for entry of guests as well as storage for beach and pool items that will be carted to and from the water.

Patio access to the patio is thru the living area.

Osprey 505

Osprey 505 is a handicap accessible unit.  The view from this unit is the lazy river, pools and the gorgeous bay.

The King master suite is furnished with cherry wood and wicker pieces accented with gold and light salmon tones.  The Queen guest suite decorated in calm colors of off white and taupe with pops of color in the leafs of the bedding.  The additional guest room of twin beds is a wonderfully colorful room of beach colors of turquoises, reds, oranges and greens.  All bedrooms have televisions with DVD/VHS equipment.

The full entertainment center is located in the spacious living area.  The living area décor is a tropical theme in muted salmon, green and taupe colors.  Seating for 6 is available at the glass and metal dining table with additional seating available at the adjacent bar.  The full kitchen offers all of the amenities of home with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops with cherry cabinetry.

A laundry room is located between the master suite and the guest suite.  The large entry foyer leaves plenty of space for guests entering and bring in luggage and other items.

Sliding glass doors in the living area and master suite allow access to the large patio.

Pelican 406 

Pelican 406 is a one bedroom unit plus bunk room.  The lazy river and pools and bay are viewed from the patio of this unit. 

This unit sleeps 6 comfortably.  The King Master suite décor is in shades of dark salmon on metal and wicker furnishings.  Over and under bunks are offered in the bunk area.  Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area for other guests.

The living area is decorated in an understated tropical theme in colors of light taupe with muted green and salmon.  Guests enjoy the entertainment center in this area and a sleeper sofa is available for additional guests.   Televisions equipped with DVD/VHS capabilities are located in the Master suite as well as in the living area entertainment center.

A small laundry closet houses a stackable washer and dryer.

Dining seating is available in the dining area and adjacent bar.  The full kitchen offers all appliances and necessities of home. 

Entry to the patio is thru the sliding glass doors of the living area.

Pelican 502

Pelican 502 is adjacent to unit Pelican 503 and can be rented together for those with a large number of guests traveling together.  The view is of the beautiful lazy river, pools and bay.

The King master suite is decorated in subdued tropical theme in colors of beige with green and salmon with metal furnishings.  A bunk room offers over and under bunk beds as well as a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.  A television with DVD/VHS equipment is located in the Master suite as well as in the entertainment center located in the living area.

A small  laundry closet houses a stacked washer and dryer.

In the living area, guests relax surrounded by a calming tropical theme.  Dining seating is available with additional seating at the adjacent bar.  The full kitchen is furnished with appliances and other cooking essentials.

Pelican 503

Pelican 503 is adjacent to Pelican 502 and can be rented for those with a large number of guests traveling together.   The view is of the lazy river, pools and bay.

The King master suite offers metal and wicker furnishings accented with muted tropical tones.  The Queen guest room is furnished with dark cherry pieces and muted hues of green and salmon.  Over and Under bunks are available in the bunk room.  Additional guests can be accommodated with the queen sleeper sofa in the living area.  Televisions with DVD/VHS equipment are located in the Master suite and Guest suite as well as in the entertainment center.

A small laundry closet houses a stackable washer and dryer for guests convenience.

An entertainment center is found in the living area; which is decorated in a calming tropical theme.  Seating for 4 is available at the dining table; with additional seating offered at the adjacent bar.  The full kitchen supplies all appliances and other cooking essentials.

Sandpiper 502

Sandpiper 502 offers a view of the lazy river, pools and bay.  This unit can accommodate 8 guests. 

The King master suite décor includes metal and wood accented by tropical colors of green and salmon.  The Queen guest suite furnishings are also in metal and wood accented by muted colors of green and taupe.  Over/Under bunks are located in the bunk room.  Additional guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.  Televisions with DVD/VHS equipment are located in the Master suite and the Guest suite as well as in the entertainment center.

A laundry closet houses a stackable washer and dryer.
