This is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy your next vacation!  We are located on Okaloosa Island, one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf Coast.  Found between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, it is the perfect mix of beach activities and relaxation!  You are within minutes of each city; but, far enough away to feel like you are away from it all!!  Our complex is a dual complex, with amenities on the Bayside on the Gulfside as well.  All guests have complete and free access to all amenities offered on the Bayside and the Gulfside.  Our family's units are located on the BAY side with a spectacular Lazy River that winds around the pool areas.  This area offers three pools, one with a waterfall, and two hottubs.  In the evening, you can enjoy the fiber optic lighting in the Lazy River by watching from your private balcony or by going for a relaxing float taking in the lighting changes all around you.

Use the connector walkway to walk from your unit to the beach without ever touching the highway!  While on the gulfside, enjoy 4 miles of private beach, a watersplash garden and several additional pools and hottubs.  Our family's units are - FAMILY - owned and we treat you like a part of our family while you are vacationing in one of our condos.  welcome to our home and to YOUR home away from home!

Each of our units offer deluxe furnishings, tiled floor in the main areas, plush carpeting in the bedrooms; all linens and bedding, kitchen supplies and equipment, appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, VCR and DVD in master suites, guest suites and bunk rooms and living areas.  You will certainly find all of the amenities of home. 

Guests are near countless boutiques and galleries; as well as world class golfing, fishing, boating, dolphin cruises and any imaginable water recreation.  The cuisine offered in and around Okaloosa Island is spectacular.  From the local fresh seafood to Italian, Thai, Irish Pubs, Mexican, French, even breakfast buffets, you will certainly be able to suit your taste buds here.  Premier outlet mall shopping is only minutes away.  In the old fashioned downtown area, there are even quaint antique stores to browse.  There really is something for everyone here!!
